The cracks may have started to show in the 50's, but the federal reserve act of 1913 allowed the international banking cartels to subtly turn the country into a corporation over the subsequent half-century. Now we don't have 'peace' officers, but rather 'law enforcement' officers. Our beloved troops are subservient to foreign mercenaries in our military bases overseas.
WE are the FINAL check against government power but have allowed our government to grow far beyond its constitutional limits...

He's talking about inflation when he says that bit dude&in a different way... yes all forms off money is completely worthless these days, for you Americans it started when the gold standard was abolished.

this NEVER gets old, because he's right!people (sorry-sheeple)really are stupid and that was 30 years ago!technology advances while society degenerates!or was it 50 years ago(1950's)when the cracks started to show?by that i mean just how braindead governments really are.we don't need them(a lot are convinced we do!)actually they need us because we can do things with our lives, and what do they do?start wars&make RIDICULOUS laws!!rage against the machine!40 years old/never voted KISS MY AAAASSSS!

it`s probably going to be a harsh reality soon when we`re the oldest generation. test scores are low. we`re all still in front of boxes like computers and tv`s and most of our gen. doesn`t care about ANYTHING. we`re adopting the same thing the baby boomer did. who ever has the most toys wins and fuck everyone else.
i hope more ppl are taking something from this movie from 1976. it`s still very relevant today. how can we fix such a huge problem, it`s so big it is society itself.

not much has changed. except the russians are now the terrorists&the middle east, computers are an add to tv (we`re still in front of them with our view of reality getting smaller).
inflation is getting worse still, bailouts for the broke banks,&we still think it`s the way it`s supposed to be.&we`re still hoping they`ll leave us alone with our things in our homes. Our lives have an INFINITE VALUE.
I`M MAD AS HELL&I`M NOT GOING TO TAKE IT ANY MORE!!! in regards to the lack of change.
