I think it is 6. Either way, 585 with 6 plates on each side or 675 with 7 plates on each side. Both are insane amounts of weight, lol.

theyre 180's, metroflex does have dumbells up to 250 though the owner had them custom made for ronnie

dude, thats bs koz the heaviest in that gym, as far as i know, is 200lb. if you thought 220 in total, that bs too cus even i can do reps with 110 in each hand
