Grant's Cancer Update&Sarcoma Fundraiser 2008


For this year's event I have engraved special stones with the word sarc (root of sarc-oma) in Greek (for flesh). It's an inspiration/memory/fundraising stone. When the stone gets wet, the engraving disappears, then reappears as it dries. To me it's a symbol of the enduring spirit of humans against physical hardships. All donations over 50 dollars (or 25 pounds) will receive a stone in the mail. Please send this and my other sarcoma commercials to your friends and help spread the word for sarcoma awareness. Sarcoma is only 1% of all cancers so we need all the help to make our voice heard.

Good Luck! My mother-in-law has sarcoma stage 4 and is fighting for her life. This cancer will more than likely take her from us but,we are taking every moment with her right now and loving her more than ever. There is nothing more the doctors can do for her so we have put her in Gods hands now and HE will take care of her.Thank you for sharing your story&GOOD LUCK with your fund raiser.
