This 3D medical animation shows the placement of an endoscope in the large colon (bowel) during a colonoscopy procedure to screen for polyps and colorectal cancer. During a colonoscopy or a sigmoidoscopy, a biopsy is sometimes preformed to distinguish between benign and cancerous tissue. well my brother has been having colonoscopy regularly know. he has ultrative colitis and hes been having realy bad things happen. should i be worried?

My mother needed to go in for a Lower GI procedure. The doctor was having a problem explaining the procedure to her, so he pulled up this 3D Medical Animation demonstrating Gastrointestinal Endoscopy. Your animations are wonderful Nucleus Medical Art.

the narration with this 3D medical animation is really helpful. for something this scary, her voice is really soothing and reduces anxiety.
