Vaccine for Serious Canine Cancer Nears Reality


Cancer is a scary word for anyone, even when it involves our pets. Recent research at a large veterinary hospital and a human cancer center may pave the way for a new type of vaccine to help stop a common cancer of humans and dogs. A leading veterinary pharmaceutical company has recently released a conditionally licensed vaccine to help treat dogs with melanoma.
