Protecting yourself? you killed 100 times more INNOCENT people ( that explude all what you call millitants ) than all the what u call terrorists groups put together have killed of the jews and you call this protecting yourself? ah sure your snipers shooting children is big protection for you. All you doing is making more people hate you and desperate and that in turns makes you less protected, WAKE UP.

Dont give me this shit about muslims killing muslims, THATS NOT THE POINT WE ARE DISCUSSING.muslims who kill muslims ARENT mulsims, that goes for your HAMAS and FATA which both were exposed to only want power and started killing each other...so if you call them fanatics then they are simply fanatics NOT muslim fanatics. That doesnt change the fact your killing innocent children and occupying land which isnt urs and thats the point and thats why arabs dont like you FULL STOP. just face the facts

And, of course, let's not forget the innocent civilians who are regularly shot or shot at by Israeli snipers regardless of whether there are ANY terrorists or hostile combatants in the area, active or otherwise.

... In the manner in which they are being committed in Israel and the Occupied Territories, they also amount to crimes against humanity. Amnesty International condemns such killings unreservedly and calls on armed groups to end them immediately."

"...attacks on civilians are not permitted under any internationally recognized standard of law, whether they are committed in the context of a struggle against military occupation or any other context. Not only are they considered murder under general principles of law in every national legal system, they are contrary to fundamental principles of humanity which are reflected in international humanitarian law...
HELENSBRAINISGONE (December 1, 2008 at 9:15 pm)
However, the protection accorded by international law to civilians does not apply at the time during which civilians take direct part in hostilities. This too is a fundamental principle of customary international law. It is expressed in Article 51(3) of the 1977 Additional Protocol I to the Geneva Conventions which states as follows: Civilians shall enjoy the protection afforded by this section, unless and for such time as they take a direct part in hostilities.
HELENSBRAINISGONE (December 1, 2008 at 9:14 pm)
The Supreme Court decided that members of the terrorist organizations are not combatants. They do not fulfill the conditions for combatants under international law. Thus, for example, they do not comply with the international laws of war. Therefore, members of terrorist organizations have the status of civilians.
HELENSBRAINISGONE (December 1, 2008 at 9:14 pm)
let me explain numbnuts: The Government of Israel employs a policy of targeted killings which cause the death of terrorists who plan, launch, or commit terrorist attacks in Israel and in the area of Judea , Samaria , and the Gaza Strip, against both civilians and soldiers. These strikes at times also harm innocent civilians. Does the State thus act illegally? That was the question posed before the Supreme Court.

Seriously, you don't want an attention seeker like this in your country.
