Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma (UCNT)


Mass in the nasopharynx of a 47 yo woman, presenting with progressive difficulty in nasal breathing and fullness of the left ear. Endoscopic images with zero-degree rigid endoscope (left nasal cavity first). Several moderately enlarged non-tender left posterior cervical lymph nodes. Biopsy revealed an undifferentiated nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
