The Scottish Cabinet has overturned the House of Lords decision and now people in Scotland can rightfully pursue claims.Support the bill in discussion for amendment in Parliament this week.

Contact your MP and write a sincere small to the point email in support of a similar decission in England.

Obviously, it's very doubtful the Law Lords like Law Lord Lennard Hoffman or his family will ever suffer from any asbestos related problem. Though he did save some insurance companies around£1billion to £1.5billion, that's around $3.072billion US. What a nice man. Wiping away 75% of British asbestos claims and making the corporate world well aware that they come before people, regardless of laws. Laws practiced for 20 years simply wiped away for extreme capitalism. Finance over morality.

The findings of the Law Lords concerning Pleural Plaques(17 Oct 2007), in favour of the Insurance companies savings of est£1billion, is a disgrace and clarity showing the injustice of the UK political system. Especially after the case of claimants was supported originally in 2005 by a high court judge. The capitalist system at work.
