Melanoma and skin cancer is usually a concern for adults who have basked in the sun for years. However, as Nancy Johnson reports, young children are also at risk as cases of melanoma in children has doubled in recent years. too many people abuse their skin, it's insane, everybody going to the beach and getting sunburned like there's no tomorrow..I used to be like that, I'm glad I've changed(after I got a few moles, I got scared, plus, I don't want to develop wrinkles!)

in the white population i think the statistic for melanoma is 1 in 76.

wow, i'm 24 and going through what this poor child is going through. No child should ever have their quality of life robbed for them in such a way. Poor kid
