as what im trying 2 xplain is: patients right is your left, cause he is "facing you" on the MRI as you are facing him. kind of like when you are facing another person, your right hand is on hes left hand side.well I really hope helped.

Patient on supine position.ok, for you to understand why the left is right and the right is left comes out simple as this: Turn around from your computer monitor and now lay down watching the sky or roof of your room (that is called supine position). now on top your in same position as the patient when they where on a MRI.Now on the MRI pic your right hand is the patients left hand, and viceversa. Understand now?hope I helped you.

Why is he saying that the left side of the brain is the right hemisphere? Unless the bottom part is the front of the brain the left side of the brain is the left hemisphere. Im just a premed so more then likely I'm wrong. Does anyone care to enlighten me?
