VLOG #2: Let's Go For A Morning Run (7/1/08)
Before heading off to my job on Tuesday, I woke up early and went out for a little mid-week run. Since I work long hours, I'm usually unable to make the "Team In Training" runs&workouts during the week.I hope this video gets you up and running!
ABOUT "TNT"...
"Team In Training" is a running organization that helps its members train for a (1/2) marathon, triathlon, or century bike ride. More importantly though, members raise funds for the Leukemia&Lymphoma Society (a great cause). If you want to help in the fight against the blood cancers: Leukemia, Lymphoma, Hodgkin's Lymphoma, and Myeloma-- then please donate at...

Remember that no amount is too small to make a difference. Thanks!
