So I am a mother of two beautiful girls ages 6 and 4...I have been smoking since I was 14...I am now 28...I wat to quit but Don't have any idea on where to start.....Can someone please help me?

What I meant was it beated regularly and then "boom" a hard beat. I don't feel it nomore now that Im smokefree.

I used to smoke about a pack a day for the past 10 yrs. I quit for 2 months now and I feel great. The reason I quit was because my heart started beating weird and it felt like a muscle flexing by itself.

she died so young, i just hope people out there quit smoking after seeing this video. i am 18 and i will NEVER smoke. thanks for the video, it must have been heart breaking, i don't know what it feels like to lose a mother like you guys did. i will never smoke i promise.
