As someone who takes science and statistics seriously, I am confident that there is no proven link between so called 'passsive smoke' and any kind of disease. Enstrom and Kabat's study back me up, as do the UK Health and Safety at Work lot (though they try to keep quiet about it). It seems you've been caught up in the media and junk-science led witch hunt against people who happen to enjoy a perfectly legal and sociable activity. But in any case you should stop hating people; it's bad for you.

lol, smokers, hate them or love them, this was a funny as skit
BladedVelvet (September 24, 2008 at 8:42 am)
good god all the arguing about smokers vs non smokers. If someone wants to smoke let them, if they dont' let them. It's their choice, their life. Non smokers don't have to be around smokers, they don't have to go and sit right next to someone who'se smoking and then complain, thats why there are no more smoking sections in restraunts in most states anymore. If someone wants to smoke, it's their perogative, you controle your life, and them their's. Get over it

well im not against smokers or anything but if only they could inhale all the smoke that would be much better.
KyandiiLace (September 22, 2008 at 1:49 am)
But that doesn't make them bad people. Its their choice to smoke, and if you don't like it, then just wear a mask or something. I mean when my boyfriend smokes, I just ask him to go smoke in the bathroom or something. I mean I'm not going to leave him just because he likes smoking. If you don't like smoking, then just don't smoke. Don't go saying you hate smokers, because thats just immature and naive to say honey.

Exactly. I have asthma, and not only can I not stand the smell, I literally cannot stand the smoke either. So, get it out of my face!

amen to that!

What do you mean no good reason? It's one thing if you want to kill yourself. Go ahead. Inhale all the tar you want. But smoking kills people who have never touched a cigarette. Second hand smoking is more dangerous than being the smoker.

You hate smokers? That's a lot of people to hate, and for no good reason either.
