Dr. Donald Tashkin Marijuana Lung Cancer Study Pt 1 of 2
Pulmonary specialist and Federal Government researcher from UCLA Geffen School of Medicine finds that marijuana does not cause lung cancer in his study on the effects of cannabis and the lungs. Results of this study are discussed for the first time. If you agree that cannabis should be legal, write a letter to your congressperson and tell them to legalize it!

Gateway theory is geographic, if you live in the South Bronx the first drug your likely to try is snorting Mexican Brown heroin. If you live in one of the wealthiest communities in Texas, Plano. Your first drug will likely be "Cheese" (benadryal and black tar heroin)Pacific Northwest, Oxycontin (Hillbilly heroin) or Meth. Marijuana is an expensive drug, first timers will run into many things before marijuana.

Yea man hard. It's all over racism, politics, money, and control. I read somewhere that marijuana has only been ILLEGAL for less than 1% of the time that humans have used it.

The bottom line is this:If you want marijuana to be legal, you need to get out and

passiveMensis has become a troll and I cannot allow trolls to take over my videos.I encourage a healthy debate about the issues, but your comments should be thoughtful and factually accurate.
MMJ is legal in California and many other states because the PEOPLE voted to make it legal. This means that MMJ is a political issue that is controlled by political means.
Cannabis, hemp, pot or marijuana has been used by humans since time began and only recently has it been prohibited.

Also, smog causes alterations in the brain chemistry. Do we lable smog as a drug? If a diabetic eats the wrong food the chemisty in the brain gets altered. Was this due to a drug, too? We should then label all foods as drugs and let the FDA regulate that as well!Everything we ingest or inhale will alter our chemistry to one degree or another, but we don't call everything we put into our mouths drugs, do we?

Your agument is about a political difference of opinion. If we decide to call cannabis a drug, which the FDA currently does, then we cede control of the substance to the FDA, which has a mandate to control all drugs. I don't believe the FDA should have that sort of control over cannabis, therefore I will not agree that cannabis is a drug. THC is not in this argument because you need to distill it from cannabis, which is not easy, and THC is only one of the many chemicals found in cannabis.

Salvia is a drug and is called a drug.
How can you continue to defend this? A drug alters chemical reactions in the brain. THC does so. Therefore, it is a drug. If any other herb does too, it is also a drug. Period. I'm not talking about prohibition or whether it's based on politics at all. Never. I'm talking about THC being a drug. Which it is. It can be a drug and not be harmful. You just need to admit to yourself that it is one.
