Afghan president Babrak Karmal Part 3


Babrak Karmal died in Moscow's Central Clinical Hospital from liver cancer on December 3, 1996. On December 5, about 200 members of the Afghan community in Moscow attended a memorial service at the Hospital.thousends people from different parts of Afghanistan and from different walks of life were waiting in a very long line to welcome Karmal's body back to Afghanistan.

In My Opinion, and also having read a few books about Afghanistan and its history, I came to the conclusion that we should blame ourselves for the nation's failure. If you study the roots of this problem, it takes us long before the soviets came to Afghanistan. The whole structure of the nation was waiting to fall apart and Russian Invasion was just the spark it needed.

Trust me Moj's (Mujaedeen) were no angels either they committed the worst human rights crimes recorded in human history, from 1992 to 1996 and when Kabul fell. Then Taliban took over, and then the rain of terror was on again from 1996 to 2001. Yes, Karmal was a puppet of the soviets, because after Amin Soviets wanted to install a Soviet based government in Afghanistan.

ps what a staged show! Nobody- i mean no pashtun, tajik, turkman, etc- loved this guy. He was a tyrant. Come to think of it, I wonder how much they paid these guys to be here? Or were they forced? Believe me, this sorta stuff is still going on in parts of the world.

u know guys, after reading a couple comments, i am distraught to read that so many of you guys love this guy! This guys is the definition of a sell out! After the Red Army invaded our beloved land, guess who was sitting atop their tank (litterally) upon their entrance to this land? U guessed it. He is responsible for the murder of numerous Afghans. Thank God that ALL Afghans stood up to puppets like him and freed our nation from the imperialistic and bloody hands of the Soviets.
