continued.....Want my advice? Don't waste a single second with "what ifs", whys, and negativity. It detracts from the present, and, in the final analysis, that's all you or ANY of us (even non-leukemia folks) have - so, enjoy your son, and keep those expressive little eyes of his shining!

Just remember that people DO live with leukemia. I was diagnosed with Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia in 2004, and, at least for now, I continue to lead a full life.Despite what he has been through, Gavin seems so calm and happy - a real tribute, IMHO, to the quality of parenting he's getting. The love and strength really come through in the video.

Oh, Gavin. You can fight this sweetheart. I was just as old as you when I had leukemia too. I'm sixteen now, and I am healthy and I have succesfully completed radiation and chemotherepy. You can do this, you can beat it. I have faith. =]

Your attitude is beyond incredible. He seems like such a happy baby even though he's in the hospital and part of that is probably because you're giving off such good/happy vibes!! I'll always remember this!
