My largest stone was about 2.4 cm and I passed over 100 of varying size. It was enough the first time to fill 1/3 cup. I changed my diet and ate no fried foods. Fast food consisted of Subway. The second cleanse about 6 months later consisted of about 100 stones with 2 being 1.5 cm and the rest averaging about 1/2 the size of a pea or smaller.

I tried the cleanse without the epsom salts. Just 1 pint of olive oil with 1 cup of freshly squeezed lemon juice. It worked. I have passed at least 35 to 50 stones just so far. I had three BMs so far. Last night it was tough though. Lots of sweats, a little anxiety, and fever in my kidney areas. I stayed in bed though, and kept my thoughts positive. After my 2nd BM I felt much better. I a little fatigued today but I am tell I feel better overall. Thank you for sharing.

Yes, you can still do this. My wife had a severe attack with hers and she still ended up doing it with no troubles. For the exact protocal I use click on the link to the right hand side of the video.

I'm having light pains in my GB/Liver area now for about a week. I'm afraid to go to the doctor to have it ripped out like my wife and end up sitting on the toilet the rest of my life. Since I am already experiencing some (occational and light) pain should is it too late or dangerous for me to try this?

Early 2008, I was scheduled for GB surgery twice and my DR. had to cancel each time... In the meantime, I found this video series and did the flush. WOW! Over 100 stones of varying sizes with the largest being approx. 1.5cm! Easy to do and the "clean" feeling you get afterwards is well worth the extra trips to the toilet. Five months later and I have had no GB attacks or pain since doing the flush!

I've flushed some of that size myself using this type of technique.

Yes, supposedly people have flushed out larger ones than that.
