Dr Whiting on Menopause and the Dangers of HRT
Nutritional research has advanced by leaps and bounds in the area of women's health during the past decade. Today we know more about women's health and the specific needs of woman than at any other time. Natural alternatives for menopause and natural hormone replacement are based in sound science and many tens of thousands of women have now reported positive results through the use of dietary supplements instead of dangerous hormone replacement therapy. Complications of menopause and the use of natural hormone replacement therapy are many, and for the most part, are a result of inactive adrenal glands, which are not compensating for the lack of natural hormone once produced by the ovaries. Menopause does not have to be treated by dangerous HRT, which has a proven record of increasing a women's risk of many forms of cancer, heart disease, gall bladder disease, and stroke by often-high percentage points. In fact, dangerous HRT increases a woman's risk of almost every chronic condition known. Nutrition for managing menopause has come a long way and now consists of a multi-faceted approach to this complex problem. Natural hormone replacement with menopause support supplements is now convenient, as we have put all of the known nutrients affecting this situation into one convenient capsule formula for maximum absorption. The dangers of HRT are now well known and no woman should consider the use of these dangerous drugs unless as an absolute last resort. Menopause need not be the 'curse' of maturity but rather a great time of life with greater freedoms. If you suffer from the complications of menopause such as hot flashes, mood swings, night sweats and others, these symptoms can usually be managed with natural menopause supplements, developed here at the Institute of Nutritional Science.

As a board-certified ob/gyn YOU should be smart enough to know the important differences between PROGESTINS (such as MPA used in the WHI study) and progesterone that is protective to the breast, bones and uterus and better than progestins on the lipid profile (all backed by studies). Don't interchange progestin and progesterone; there is only one molecule called progesterone, and many that are classified as progestins. Women make progesterone, not MedroxyProgesteroneAcetate (as in prempro).

As a board-certified ob/gyn, this video disturbs me. Natural alternatives, such as herbal products, for the treatment of menopausal symptoms can work for many women, but take only supplements that have reputable research behind them. There is definitely not enough research to support the use of progesterone creams. In the Women's Health Initiative Study (NOT "NURSES HEALTH STUDY" AS STATED IN THE VIDEO)many experts feel that the progesterone may be what causes the dangerous side-effects.

A quote from a member of Curves. "I take Meno-Eze along with Stress EZE to specifically battle pre-menopausal symptoms. I have the occasional hot flashes and along with exercise at Curves and other phoenix nutritional supplements for my general health, this is a supplement I consider of high value. I refuse to take any drug to address my pre-menopausal symptoms and this is the best treatment so far of different ones I've tried. So for me - this works!" See us at Curves Woodside, Fleetwood, Pa

A Members Story:The oxygen program you recommended for me was great. I have more energy and most of my skin problems and sinus problems are completely gone. I would recommend this to anyone who has a problem with yeast and Candida

Thank you for informing us that there is still hope for us. And that we don't have to go through hormone replacement therapy.

Also, with this supplement;hot flashes are never a problem. I have been taking Meno EZE daily for over three years. My husband and I began Dr Whiting's nutritional supplement program in 1994 with his liquid vitamins, minerals and supplements, and we have been extramely pleased with the results. S Swi

Dr Whiting's products are amazing, Gone are the days of the emothianal roller coaster rides which neither diet nor exercise seemed to control. I began taking Meno EZE, life became calm and manageable almost immediately.
