Chill out. They're doing a reenactment of a parody on the movie "My Sassy Girl". The parody pokes fun at how formulaic Asian movies are, with the girl always dying due to some kind of cancer. However, these "Asian chick flicks" show cancer to be the horrible disease it really is. This video is making fun of predictable and silly movie plots.
