Wow you had ur feeding tube installed the day you took this, you look like your taking it well, when i had mine i couldnt move. i hope all goes well hun.

July 21 is my birthday. This birthday ought to be a little better than last year ;)The feeding tube install was an outpatient procedure and rather simple compared to what you have gone through. During the weeks I was feeding myself Ensure through the tube, I did not really miss food. I stayed full on 7 cans of Ensure per day. Of course I was on chemo, so food wasn't appealinganyway.

This was my birthday! :(I just noticed that you had a battle with cancer! I am of course glad that you are still with us! I lost my father too cancer after finding out within 3 months! :(I know what it feels like waking up with pain after surgerys, so it was good too hear yours was pain free!One more intestinal surgery for me and I will need a feeding tube all the time! :(It was nice seeing it was pretty simple! Feeding tube. knowing me even if i never needed it i would at least try it once. After going through the whole surgury for it... just to see what it was like.
