Thanks for your comment. I missed the Manipal meeting because of another commitment. Pratap Kumar is a good friend of mine. I do not use clips for my lymphadenectomy just diathemy of all lymphathic channels. I have not experienced any collection of lymphatics. I was at the AAGL in Washington in Nov 2007 and I learned that using harmonics to seal lymphatics causes minimal lymph leak. I have started using harmonics for my lymph node dissection now.Selva

Great dissection, I was looking forward to meeting you at Manipal in Dec.
I noticed you didn't use any clips, do you experience any lymph leak or collection at all post op?
