This surgical film demonstrates a bilateral davinci/robotic aortic lymph node dissection in a patient with endometrial cancer using the da Vinci S system with the HD (high definition) optical system.The da Vinci S system with HD represents the next step in the evolution of robotic surgery by bringing HD video into the operating room. The HD optical system allows surgeons to perform more precise anatomical dissections with enhanced dexterity.
