Splash Down Lane


This is a song that my brother Scott Achor (see myspace.com/scottachor for more of his music) wrote about the death of our niece Noelle from the horrible disease...Leukemia. 33 years have passed and we still miss her and grieve for her. My brother said that he woke up a few months ago and the song was playing in his head...it seemed as if the song was writing itself. What is interesting to me is that at the same time across the country I once again began having dreams about her and reliving (nightmares) the trauma and despair of watching a beloved child suffer so and ultimately die. Our sister Rhonda (Noelles mother) took all the video and created the video. It was filmed on the beach just outside my brother's home on Anna Maria Island, Florida. This song and video is a tribute to our precious Noelle... PLEASE TREASURE YOUR CHILDREN-YOU ARE SO LUCKY TO HAVE THEM!PS Splash Down Lane was the name of the street within the cemetary on which Noelle is buried.PSS Scott also dedicated the song to his best friend John Burnett. John and Scott wrote and played music together since they were 12 years old. John passed away 5 years ago...but Scott still feels John's presence and believes John was a bit involved with the wrting of this song as well....thankyou Johnny...

That is AWESOME!!!! Great Job.........The song is a great and soothing music and vocals. I have it on my i pod and used it to keep calm and collected during playoffs in the championship round in my pool league .......I think the hunky singer should shave his mustache!!!!! Beautiful scenery......I want to live there!!!!!!! Great job on the video.........is there any more songs out there by this artist??? does he have a fan club yet????
