This video used to just be for people who knew someone that died from cancer and had almost no significance to me except that I knew people who knew people who died from cancer, but now this song/video has a whole new meaning for me and it is now for my best friend that died of cancer, and due to that any rude comments will NOT be tolerated and will be deleted.R.I.P SeanJust pics of MCR to the song Cancer from The Black Parade. the patient is the main character of the black parade. you see the black parade is a concept album centering on a character known as "The Patient". The album presents the story of his passage out of life, and his subsequent reflection on his life.("The Patient is the guy in their video welcome to the black parade)

this song is about 'the patient' having cancer and died(if you don't know who the patient is then you're not a big fan of mcr)
