this song makes me cry. A lot of my family and one friend died from cancer. i love this band becuz u can really connect with wat they are singing about. they write songs that actually mean something unlike other musicians who would rather sing about stuff that don't matter.<3love you gerard<3

No gerard doesn't have cancer, he wrote the song because he knew someone with cancer, that's what a lot of there songs are about, they're about things that have happened to them, or people they knew and stuff...like helena is about his and mikey's grandma Elena
