Illinois Cannabis Patient Pam

Pam has the hepatitis C virus. Some of its symptoms can be similar to those of HIV. Treatment for hepatitis C is similar to chemotherapy for cancer. Cannabis can help Pam manage both the symptoms of hepatitis C and the side effects of effective treatment. Please help Pam and support a medical cannabis law in Illinois.

Thanks. I'm on the "combo" treatment also for Hep C and I would seek cannabis meds if it were'nt illegal. I guess I'll just have to tough it out.

The Campaign for Liberty is behind you.

We are working around the clock to stop unconstitutional legislation, such as the war on drugs.

The tenth amendment means that each state should be allowed to vote on it's marijuana laws, but that there should be no federal laws on the subject.

Right now, even patients in states who have approved medical marijuana could still face federal prosecution.

We are working to reverse that, please continue to tell people so that more states join the list...

Way to go Pam! You speak for many with HCV and other diseases as well. You are a true warrior in every sense. My prayers are with you along with unconditional love. E

Pam, thank you for being brave&sharing your experience. I pray it reaches the right people who can make a difference in this nation. Personally, my own experience with hep-c&its treatment was something I hope I never have to do, again. It was everything you described. Horrendous! No one can know what its like until they do it themselves. Marijuana helped me through it, too. It helped calm the nausea,&enabled me to eat while on treatment. Keeping you in my prayers. love you always, Barbie

Good video. I am just over 37 weeks into a 72 week course of tx for hep c, and it is every bit as difficult as you describe...fortunately, I live in CA, where marijuana has been legal for medical purposes for over a decade...I certainly hope all other states and the Federal Gov't follow suit on this issue.

I hope my home state of IL is able to come to their senses on this issue, and be smarter than the federal government... And legalize Marijuana for those who can benefit from it medically.
