I doubt that this man 'created' AIDS, due to the fact that the AIDS virus first appeared in the Belgian Congo population in the 1950's when Dr. HIllary Koprowski used Chimp tissue (which he was supposed to use Macak monkey tissue) to culture and create an oral Polio vaccine and tested it on the indigenous people there. The mutated virus from the Chimps 'jumped' from simians to humans during this time frame.
