so superaids kills you twice as fast? but does it make the symptons twice as bad? cause then ya might be to sick to actually use the superpowers. especially if normal aids medicine didnt work on super aids.
and what if people you saved with your super powers then got aids?

That is quite the paradox. I mean, it depends on whether you control who you cure or not. There are many levels to this question. Maybe I shall post a video answer...
