If this isn't taken care of, can it kill me? Because mine is on the right side of my body. And its already almost the size of a penny. My dad won't beleive me about this stuff. He's all like its just your imagination. But I can fucking feel the tumor there. And he dosen't care. What should I do?

OK, well, I'm a 23 year old man&I just found this lump-like mass on my left man-breast, almost in the center of my chest. I swear I have never felt this before. I don't know if my family has this in it's history, but to this day, I have never heard anything about it. I have no health insurance,&have not been to the doctor in years. What should I do?
