THC Kills Glioma Cancer Cells - Medical Miracles from Europe
April 4, 2008 - Before speaking to the 5th Clinical Conference on Cannabis Therapeutics in Pacific Grove, CA, Deputy Director of NORML Paul Armentano talks about new science on Cannabis (marijuana) and the Endo-Cannabinoid system being done in Europe, while American cancer patients, many with tragic cases of Glioma brain tumors, seek any news of an alternative therapy.Paul references the work of Dr. Manuel Guzman, Madrid, who has seen THC kill brain cancer cells while leaving surrounding tissue unharmed, demonstating the neuroprotectant properties of Cannabinoids. Then Paul is joined by Dr. David Bearman, of Galeta, CA, who tells of the fear that patients feel when encountering an cancer like Glioma.Paul has collected the latest research on medical Cannabis, available in a PDF or booklet at:http://... also talk about Cannabis in the treatment of ALS (Lou Gehrig's Disease) and the documentary I'm doing on Cathy Jordan, a medical marijuana patient who has survived ALS for 22 years now!View "Surviving ALS" in chapter releases:http://... @Weurdfields about Hemp Oil. Thank you but I saw the Ricky Simpson story before. Interesting stuff though!

Read that one. Good book.

Interesting. In The Netherlands we have the Cannabis College, in Amsterdam. They have a lot of information about anything to do with Hemp. We have the Hash and Hemp museum, a lot of information is there too.
I think it is basically press out all the plant material, and sif and collect the stuff comes out of it. Maybe it is a good plan to have a higher temperature in the mechanism one uses for the oil press out process.

Yeah, these strains are great. One can grow over and over the same type of Hemp on the same soil. It transports nutrients from deeper in the earth to the top soil. It holds costly soil, with it's long roots. Etc., great plant.

Know that story. Saw movies of the two model cars. The one of the thirties, with the sledge hammer. And the later one from '42, when Hemp became available again, because of the army supply.

watch the video Run From the Cure - The Rick Simpson Story. It tells you exactly how to make hemp oil.

i meant to add, industrial hemp has low amounts of thc but is a much sturdier plant with larger roots and it's great for the soil. American farmers used to be fined for not growing hemp up until the 1930s!

read the emperor wears no clothes by jack herer, it goes over all this in great detail. you can read it for free on google books, or download a free pdf file of it.
WeirdFields (November 23, 2008 at 2:47 pm)
you don't want to use medicinal strains of hemp for industrial purposes, as you get perfectly good strains of industrial hemp that already do that job perfectly well. Henry Ford actually designed a car made entirely of hemp and it ran on hemp oil too. but he was ridiculed and his invention never got the press it deserved. The emerging petro-chemical industry played a big part in this, they didnt want biodegradable cars, parts and fuel. they want cheap plastics and oil to make money

Interesting. And you also references for this technic? Is this total Cannabis plant oil usable as ingredient for diesel?
In Holland, and I think in the EU one can buy hemp seeds. It is a standard ingredient of every good bird feed mix. I heard stories that bird pick out the Cannabis seeds first. Likely because of the nutrients.
