three legged airedale chasing sprinklers
This is Dale, our 8 year old Airedale. He had his leg amputated about 8 weeks ago. He was diagnosed with bone cancer and has gone through 2 rounds of chemo. He is being treated by the best vet in the world, Rob Landry in Lafayette Colorado. He has given us hope for a future with our beloved dog! This video shows why we love him so much, he has a wonderful spirit!

I have a three year old 3 legged airedale named Captain Jack. He is obsessed with sprinklers and water play!! Wow. He is missing his right front leg.

I don't know why, but I always cry when I watch this. Maybe it's just because I miss my Airedale so much, or maybe it just makes me feel so happy to see that dog be so joyful and entergetic despite his condition.=)

What a handsome and brave boy Dale is. I had to amputate a leg of my great pyrenees, Maclolm, due to osteosarcoma and it was as if he was born that way.. My heart and hopes go out to you.
