Another Day at the Beach
(www.tripawds.com) Three-legged cancer dog survivor Jerry enjoys another day at the beach. See how he can still tear up the kelp and play in the surf like he used to before his amputation surgery. Visit www.tripawds.com for more three-legged dog photos, movies and dog cancer health and care tips.

I was looking into adopting a three-legged dog, with the same amputation as your lovely dog. Does he/she have a lot of problems with the remaining front paw - with the extra weight on it or anything?

It's so wonderful the way these beautiful creatures adapt to living on 3 legs (and sometimes even 2 legs) and still enjoy life to it's fullest. Just in case it ever happens to me, it's a lesson that I'll remember and try to emulate. Thanks for sharing Jerry's recovery and life and please give this beautiful dog a big hug for me. He has a wonderful human partner to share life with too.
