It is when the bone marrow fails to reproduce causing all 3 bloodlines to deplete; white cells, red cells&platelets. The only known CURE is a bone marrow transplant.

I was diagnosed with SAA last summer at age 16. Curtis, you are lucky to have a bright spirit - that will help you get through the hard days. Something that has helped greatly for me is called TransferFactor Plus. I'll keep you in my prayers.

Hey Curtis, i was a little younger than you when i was diagnosed with aplastic anemia and I survived. I'm 20 now and haven't had any related problems. Don't lose hope, it will get better. It's gonna be hard at times as I'm sure you already know but stay strong. Good luck buddy, your in my prayers.
